15 days trip through Morocco Imperial cities and desert
Day 01.- Marrakech Menara.
Arrival in Marrakech, airport pick-up and transfer to the hotel. Depending on the time of arrival possibility to take a first contact with the charm of the square of JAMAA LAFNA and surroundings.
Free dinner and hotel accommodation.
Day 02.- Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate.
Departure after breakfast crossing the high atlas through a 2,260 m port, we pass through Berber villages to reach the fortified village of Ait ben haddou, where they shot several famous films such as Gladiator, Obelix, Sahara with Penolope Cruz…, arrival in Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight in riad.
Day 03.- Ouarzazate – Agdez – El Draa – Zagora.
After breakfast and the visit of the Kasbah Taourit, we leave towards Zagora crossing the mountain of KISSAN, we continue towards the Draa valley where we will go along a track inside the valley passing through Berber villages and kasbahs in the middle of the largest palm grove in all of Morocco until we reach Zagora. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 04.- Zagora – L ́Hmada Desert – Ramlia – Ouzina.
By Paris Dakar rally track we pass through lost Berber villages and black desert, crossing the dry oueds, sacred oases, food in a middle desert hostel or with Berber family, we will finally arrive at the foot of the beautiful dunes of erg Ouzina. Dinner and overnight in a hotel in the middle of the desert.
Day 05.- Ouzina – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga.
After breakfast we continue along the slopes of Paris-Dakar to reach the dunes of erg chebbi (the highest in all of Morocco) we will visit Berber villages and nomadic families and oases of Jdaid, we will arrive at Merzouga. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 06.- Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga.
After breakfast we continue along the tracks of Paris-Dakar to reach the dunes of erg chebbi (the highest in all of Morocco) we will go around all the dunes of erg chebbi we will see: the two oases of Merzouga, the nomadic lands, we will stop in the village of KHAMLIA (inhabitants with origins of Mali) to listen to African music. We will return to the hotel at noon and in the afternoon we will go with the camels to an oasis located in the middle of the dunes, with a tour of an hour and a half to sleep in haima (an unforgettable night). Dinner and overnight at the haima.
Day 07.- Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Ifran – Faith.
After returning with the camels and showering, we leave for Rissani, the first imperial city of Morocco, then we pass through Erfoud, a town where the whole issue related to fossils is centered, we will pass through the Ziz valley with its panoramic views of palm groves and gorges, once past the port of Tizi-n-Talghomt, we arrive at Midelt where lunch, then we continue to the forest of Azrou where we will find the monkeys in freedom, then to Ifran called Moroccan Switzerland. Visit, and continue to Fes where you arrive in the afternoon. Free dinner and hotel accommodation.
Day 08.- Fes. Guided tour of Fes.
After breakfast visit the old town of Fez and its medina, the large and famous piñata throughout the Arab world, Jewish quarter, entering from the Boujloud Bab, the door of easy famous and heading towards Dar Batha, a Spanish built by the Arabs that a museum of beautiful houses of folk art, to go ahead with the visit of Bou Inania the madrasas, the Koranic school of Fez, where the young people studied the Qur'an between the rooms, the chapel and a wonderful courtyard. The tour continues through the Tannery Suke Chouara discover the fascinating process of the skin, the first cleansing of the hairs until the color with natural dyes piú beautiful. Then we will pass the Qaraouiyine mosque, founded in the ninth century. Bed and breakfast in hotel.
Day 09.- Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchauen.
In the morning departure to the capital of Morocco, along the way we will see Meknes with los most interesting places of this unknown imperial city, visit the monuments, such as bab mansour serg Suani, Lahri the Barn. We will go to visit the Roman ruins Volubilises an ancient city Roman located on the territory of present-day Morocco, in the afternoon we will arrive at the Chefchauen Blue Pearl in the north of Morocco. Free dinner and overnight in riad.
Day 10.- Chefchauen.
Free Day to discover the Blue Pearl of Morocco, It is the city de Chaouen, which in Berber means 'the horns'’ Visit of the Kasbah was built by Muley Ismail at the end of the seventeenth century, free time to wander and enjoy your time in the medina. Bed and breakfast in hotel.
Day 11.- Chefchauen – Rabat.
In the morning we leave for Rabat the capital of Morocco, we will see the historical monuments, Mosoleo Mohamed V and Hassan II, Kasbah Oudayas, Kasbah chella, free afternoon in the medina. Bed and breakfast in hotel.
Day 12.- Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech.
After breakfast visit Rabat and then we leave for Casablanca visit the mosque of Hassan II, and the cornech, the most interesting setsios of this city, then transfer to the hotel. Free dinner and hotel accommodation.
Day 13.- Marrakech.
Guided tour of the whole city with local guide, we will visit the historical monuments such as the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Tombas Saadies, the souks and jamae el Fenna square. Bed and breakfast in hotel.
Day 14.- Marrakech.
Free day at your disposal to rest or go to a Hamam. Bed and breakfast in the same hotel as the night before.
Day 15.- Marrakech.
At the indicated time, transfer to the airport and end of the trip and our services.
