Travel 5 days to merzouga desert from Marrakech.
Day 01. Marrakech – Telouet – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate.
Departure in the morning towards Ouarzazate, crossing the high atlas through the port “TIZI-N-TICHA” with a height of 2260 meters, along which we will find Berber villages with their typical houses built in stone and adobe. By track through the atlas we will pass through the valley of Ounila where we will see several kasbahs such as the kasbah Telouet which is a very important kasbah in this valley, we will continue through the valley of the thousand kasbahs to reach the famous kasbah of AIT BEN HADDOU, World Heritage Site, where they shot several films, we walk in the village, by the time we will arrive in Ouarzazate, capital of the South and the Hollywood cinema of Morocco and Africa.
Dinner and overnight in charming riad.
Day 02. Ouarzazate – Anti Atlas – Daa Valley – Merzouga.
After breakfast, we leave towards the palm grove of the Draa with its Kasbahs, we will travel through the mountains of Ante Atlas, we hunt Jbel the KISSAN, Then by tracks in the middle of the palm grove of the Draa, we will see several Berber villages half of the largest Palm Grove in Morocco, after the tour through it we will cross the palm grove of Tafilalet and we will arrive at the foot of the beautiful dunes of Erg Chebbi (the highest in all of Morocco) we will spend the night in hostel at the foot of the dunes.
Dinner and overnight in a hotel at the foot of the dunes.
Day 03. Merzouga – Nomad Route – Erg Chebbi Desert.
In the morning departure we will go around the dunes of Erg Chebbi we will pass through oasis sacks, through the Berber villages we will visit the village of Khamlia with inhabitants originated from Mali (Berber population origin of Mali). We will rest to get to know their culture through their Gnaua music and dances with African instruments. Then on the track of the Paris-Dakar we will see the nomadic lands, we can have a Moroccan Tea with some Berber Nomad family middle of the desert. In the afternoon a one-hour tour with the dromedaries to watch the sunset in the middle of the dunes and spend the night in haima; nomadic tents in the middle of the desert. Dinner and overnight Haima; Nomadic tents.
Day 04. Erg Chebbi – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades.
After returning with the dromedaries shower and have breakfast, we leave for Rissani, the first imperial city of Morocco, then we pass through Erfoud where the fossils are located, we contained visiting the gorges of Todra which is a spectacle of landscape, then we will go to the valley of Dades and its gorges of Dades, where we will spend the night in the middle of the Atlas Mountains. Dinner and overnight in Berber kasbah.
Day 05. Dades – Skoura – Ouarzazate -Atlas – Marrakech.
We leave through the valley of a thousand kasbahs and valley of the roses then through the palm grove of Skoura with its kasbahs, arrival in Ouarzazate, visit of the kasbah Taourirte. Then we will cross again the Atlas through a port of 2260 M altitude, arrival in Marrakech, transfer to your hotel. End of our services and the trip 5 days to the desert.
