Pick up at your hotel at 8h00 in the morning and departure to the largest Ouzoud Waterfalls in all of North Africa (110 meters) located in the middle of the mountains an amazing area. More than 140 km from Marrakech, the land is red brick, saturated by iron oxide and contrasting with the green carpet of thousands of olive trees planted on the plateau. Olive tree translates into “Ouzoud Waterfalls” in the local language, hence the name of these waterfalls... .
You will discover the falls from the beginning. To fully enjoy the panorama, it is recommended to take the path on the left to reach the first level. From there, the view is simply stunning! There is not a single but six streams crowned with a double rainbow thundering rocks in a cloud of droplets. The canvases of this circus are covered by a mossy green vegetation and bright under the sun. You can take a look at the pool around 100 meters below. If you are lucky and if it is the morning, you can also see the macaque monkeys that live in their natural habitat.
You may continue the hike to the bottom of the waterfall by taking a number of stone steps. The visit can also be followed by a loop after an Oued. (Although it is preferable to get a guide to take to some small caves).
The typical Moroccan lunch, a delicious vegetable broth, can be taken in a restaurant in the shade of the olive trees. In the afternoon return to Marrakech transfer to your hotel.
