2-Day Zagora Desert Tour from Marrakech
The 2-day Zagora Desert tour from Marrakech visiting Kasbah Taourirt and Ksar ait Ben Haddou, overnight in a Berber haima in the middle of the Zagora desert with a dromedary tour to watch the sunset then arrive at the camp.
Day 1. Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Valle del Draa – Zagora.
Departure in the morning to the High Atlas through the port of Tizi N' Tichka 2260 m altitude passing through the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou; visit of the kasbah of fortified village (lunch in Ouarzazate) then we leave to continue towards Zagora passing through the Anti Atlas, Berber villages and the Draa Valley with its parade of palm trees. Arrival in Zagora, exchange of 4×4 against dromedary to admire the sunset and spend the night in the middle of the desert in the shops. Dinner and overnight in Haima.
Day 2. Zagora – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate – Atlas – Marrakech.
Morning breakfast to attend the rise of the sun, return with the dromedaries or with our vehicle from the camp, then departure for Ouarzazate passing through the Valley of Draa and Agdez crossing the mountains of the anti atlas, arrival in Ouarzazate where we will visit the kasbah Taourirt, then we will go again crossing the mountains of the high atlas. In the afternoon we will arrive in Marrakech transfer to your hotel and end of the 2-day excursion to the Zagora desert.
The trip includes:
- Private vehicle with Spanish-speaking driver at your disposal both days of the tour.
- Petrol.
- Overnight in Berber haima with accommodation on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast).
- Excursion with the dromedaries in the desert.
- Visit kasbah Taourirt.
- Visit Ksar Ait Be Haddou.
