We would like to treat you and all our customers in a fair manner. Before making your reservation, please make sure you carefully read the Tour descriptions, General Information and these conditions! All tour bookings and contracts between our clients ("you") and Aventura4×4 Morocco. (“nosotros” o “nos”), will be subject to the terms set out in these conditions.
Reservar
Please contact us first to check the availability of the selected tour. We will respond to you by email (fax or phone, if you prefer) as quickly as possible. If we have confirmed that we have free places, you must send us the completed and signed form along with the deposit/total cost of your trip to make your reservation insured. The customer who signs the reservation form (must be over 18 years old) will be responsible for all payments in respect of the reservation made. A confirmation/invoice is sent on deposit receipt/full payment. The contract between you and us comes into force to you on the date of our confirmation/invoice. After we have received your payment, we will send detailed local information and the arrival of your holiday.
Pago
We can accept payment in cash or bank transfer. The prices of our tour are calculated in euros. If you prefer to pay in any other currency, please ask us about the prices, before paying anything. In this case we will calculate the prices, according to the current change of time when you are paying. A deposit of 10% of the total cost of vacation per person is necessary to guarantee your reservation. As soon as possible of your arrival and the start of the trip.

If you wish to change the details of your holiday after your booking has been confirmed, you have to do so in writing. We will do our best to help you. If you wish to change your holiday we are notified a few days before your arrival, we have the right to apply the cancellation charges listed below. If you decide to change or cancel any details of your trip after the tour begins, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs and there will be no refund of unused tour items.

If you wish to cancel your holiday after it has been confirmed, you must send us a cancellation, signed by the same person who signed the booking form. The date of your cancellation will be the time when we receive it, and the following cancellation charges will be due:
- Cancellation of more than 30 days before the start of the tour deposit only
- Cancellation between 30 and 20 days before the tour Start 25% of the total price
- Cancellation between 20 and 10 days before the tour Start 50% of the total price
- In case you need to cancel a reservation that is confirmed within 9 days prior to the date of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the equivalent of 100% of the value of the contracted services.
If you are unable to come on your booked holiday, you can transfer your booking to another convenient person, but you must fill out a new booking form for the replacement person. This change must cause any additional costs, it has to be covered by you or the other person.

Sometimes, we can find improvements to our plans and make small changes for everyone's benefit. If sub-Saharan may have to modify an Itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to offer alternatives to maintain our quality standards. In the event of any significant alteration to your tour, you will be notified as soon as possible, and if these changes are unacceptable to you, we offer an alternative holiday, or a full refund of all your money, which you have paid us.

A minimum of 4 people is required to run any tours. If we have to cancel your trip we will inform you no later than 30 days before departure. If the guests are less than 6, we can send only a guide to lead the group, instead of canceling the tour. You will be informed of this before departure. We may also cancel your tour, if we are forced to do so due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In both cases we will do our best to offer you a suitable alternative tour. If this is not acceptable to you, you will receive a full refund of your money that you have paid us. We do not refund any incidental expenses you may have incurred for your booking (air tickets, insurance, etc.), in case of any type of cancellation or modification of our tours.
Alojamiento
Our tour prices are based on accommodation in double or double beds. If you request a single room, you have to pay a single room supplement. If you want to share your room, we will try to find a roommate suitable for you, but we cannot guarantee finding a suitable person. If we do not find anyone, you have to pay the single room supplement.
Passport or Visa
More nationalities, those of the United States included, Canada and the do not need a visa to enter Morocco as a tourist. If your nationality is not listed below, you should contact a Moroccan Embassy and apply for a visa.
You do not need a tourist visa if you belong to one of the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Congo, Ivory Coast, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, European Union, Finland, Guinea, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Korea, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Peru, Philippines, France, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Spain, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Venezuela.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months after entering Morocco. You will get a stamp in your passport upon entering the country (Make sure it is obtained) that will allow you to stay for 90 days. They are without entrance fee.
Fitness and Health
People taking part in our tours do so at their own risk, and we assume that they are in good health. If you have any questions about your fitness or ability to participate in an activity exchange, please consult your doctor.
Travel and Health Insurance
We strongly recommend that you have proper travel and medical insurance to cover unexpected expenses due to tour cancellation or interruption, accident, illness, injury or loss and make sure your policy covers. Such insurance is not included in the holiday price.
Special Requirements
We are very happy to meet all your special requirements you may have, such as: arranging your transportation to your hotel. Please help us and send us all these requirements when making your reservations, or possibly no later than 60 days before your arrival. Of course we will do our best to arrange everything for you, but later it may be difficult or impossible!
Responsabilidades
We may not be liable for anything caused by unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, which is known as “fuerza mayor”, and we cannot cover the additional expenses caused by any of the cases.
Traveling by bicycle, Motorcycles, Quads and Camel Trekking could carry some risk. We cannot accept any liability for death, accidents, injuries, illness or any other inconvenience suffered by you and for any loss or damage to your baggage or property on our holiday, unless it is caused by a negligent act or omission of us. All people participating in our tours must commit to respecting local laws and traffic rules, and you are asked to abide by the safety advice given by your tour leaders (us). When you book, you must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability or other people on the tour.
Guaranteed price
We will not increase the price of your holiday once you have confirmed your booking, except due to changes in exchange rates, or accommodation increases or other costs. Do you owe the increase of more than 10% of the holiday price, you have the right to cancel your tour and you will receive a full refund of all the money you have paid us. Once your vacation has been paid in full, no price increase will be made.
Quejas
We do our best to make your vacation more enjoyable. However, if you have any complaints during your visit, please notify us as soon as it arises, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you are still not satisfied, please write to us within 28 days of your tour end. This contract is governed by Moroccan law.
